Why would anyone book a session with me?

Are you curious about who comes to see me as a client??

Well, 3 types of people come to see me.

1. Those that want to fix something about themselves. Usually it’s about stopping something – stopping drinking, stopping smoking or vaping, stopping overthinking, stopping anxiety, stopping people pleasing, stopping trauma responses, stopping pain, stopping……….

1a. Or maybe they just feel lost or stuck.

2. People who are curious about how they function as a human, patterns and beliefs that might be getting in the way of being a better person, curious about how their early life has affected them.

3. People who know that there is more to life than is apparent and want to awaken to their true self. Without even knowing what that is exactly.

The thing is that these 3 types are not separate. They are in everyone at different levels. And when people come to see me, the 3 types intertwine and are heard.

But how does it all work, really?

People come only when they want to, or are called to or are curious. So there is a willingness present, even if undefined, even if fear is present also.

When we start, people talk about whatever is here for them. The talk might go all over the place until it narrows down to what is essential at that time. People feel heard – maybe more than ever before in their life. Some of their words might be repeated back to them so they can hear what they sound like. Everything slows down, realizations are realized in the space, in the quietness that is here even when words are spoken. Questions are asked to get some clarity about what is going on in the mind and in the body. Thoughts and beliefs and emotions and body sensations. What is happening in your body right now?

Clarity is attained about what a person really wants. Not the new job or the new partner or more money. But something much deeper than those, something that can be a focus, a guiding star, a knowing, something that brings peace to your existence. And possibly to your non-existence.

And hypnotherapy – You get to relax deeply, where you can access your subconscious, where memories and experiences are looked at freshly with compassion. Where beliefs can be dropped, memories looked at with a different perspective, and you can experience the essence of you. People often comment that they relaxed more than they ever have before in their life.

To get the best and most out of a session – come with willingness, honesty, openness, and freshly you. It’s up to you, it’s your session.
