There is much information about responses that are born out of trauma. Trauma can be a sudden traumatic event, an ongoing trauma event or even just old conditioning that created a low grade rumbling trauma of not being yourself. We will not analyse the past events or speak of labels and generalised terms. Trauma is not what happened to you, however traumatic it was. Trauma is the effect it had on you internally - the emotional impact and what you made it mean about you.
We will look at your current daily life and you can teach me what is going on, including what you avoid, the structure that your thoughts take, what emotions you feel and what responses you make. We will not pull apart any traumatic events. You do not need to relive them. We will focus on your current life. And, what else you share, is up to you.
Safety will be here, both in the room and inside you. A guided meditation or hypnotherapy will be offered if you are ready.
